El Futuro is a community-based nonprofit organization that seeks to transform Latino-serving mental health care in North Carolina and beyond. They provide bilingual and culturally-responsive mental health services including therapy, psychiatry, substance use treatment, and case management in a welcoming environment of healing and hope.
Individuals and families can receive mental health services from practitioners. El Futuro is looking for Spanish-speaking volunteers to conduct Client Satisfaction Surveys post-appointments to ensure clients' needs are being met. This opportunity is very relational, front-facing, and rewarding.
Additionally, El Futuro needs conversational Spanish-speakers for health fairs and outreach events to answer questions about the mission and services offered! This role would also be forward-facing, working with staff and potential clients.
