Volunteer: Money ManagementHere at LCI we serve a diverse group of individuals with different barriers to employment and independent living. We are looking for someone who would be interested in teaching the importance of money management and financial stability to our participants in the Vocational Rehabilitation Program as well as to some of our Day Program participants. These individuals have limited resources for their success in living independently. Some are working towards making a new life for themselves, while some are just on the cusp of living independently for the first time in their lives. It would be extremely beneficial and enlightening for these individuals to receive information and encouragement on how to manage a budget and make the most of what they have.
